Facebook Page - facebook.com/maayehkaisekarun Masala Kitchen Instagram - instagram.com/masalakitchen_recipe Recent Upload:- youtube.com/watch?v=04c3rJgZBCs&t=11s INGREDIENTS: For Falhari Mathari: * Potato(आलू) - 2 Boiled * Water Chestnut(सिंघारा का आटा) - 1/2 Cup * Sama Rice Flour(समां का आटा) - 1/2 Cup * Salt(नमक) - As per taste * Crushed Black Pepper(कुटी हुई काली मिर्च) - Some * Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Tbsp * Coriander Leaves(हरा धनिया) * Refined Oil(रिफाइंड तेल) - 2 Tbsp * Crushed Peanut(कुटी हुई मूंगफली) * Oil(तेल) - For frying For Chutney: * Coriander Leaves(हरा धनिया) * Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 1 * Ginger(अदरक) * Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1 Tbsp * Salt(नमक) * Crushed Peanut(कुटी हुई मूंगफली) - 2 Tbsp * Roasted Peanut(भुनी हुई मूंगफली) - 2 Tbsp * Curd(दही) For Tadka: * Ghee(घी) - 1/2 Tbsp * Cumin Seeds(जीरा) * White Sesame(सफेद तिल) * Dry Whole Red Chili(सूखी साबुत लाल मिर्च) - 1 * Curry Leaves(कढ़ी पत्ता) For Plain/Kulhad Lassi: * Whisked Curd(दही) * Cardamom Powder(इलाइची पाउडर) - Some * Sugar Powder(पीसी चीनी) - As per taste * Ice Cubes(बर्फ के टुकड़े) * Pistachio(पिस्ता) - For garnishing * Colourful Cherries(चेरी) - For garnishing For Raj Kachori: * Kuttu atta (कुट्टू का आटा) - 1 Cup * Rock salt (सेंधा नमक) - As per taste * Refined oil (रिफाइंड तेल) - 1 Tbsp * Water (पानी) - As required * Oil (तेल) - For frying For Filling: * Potato (आलू) * Cucumber (खीरा) * Tomato (टमाटर) * Apple (सेवफल) * Ginger (अदरक) * Green chili (हरी मिर्च) * Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती) * Banana (केला) * Ramphal (रामफल) * Green Chutney (हरी चटनी) * Sweet Chutney (मीठी चटनी) * Curd (दही) For Doodh Ki Bottle: * Water(पानी) - 1-2 TBsp * Full Cream Milk(फूल क्रीम दूध) - 600-700 Ml * Sugar(चीनी) - 3-4 Tbsp * Cardamom Powder(इलायची) - 1/2 Tsp * Nutmeg(जायफल) - Some * Dry Fruits: Almond,Cashew,Pistachio(बादाम, कांजू, पिस्ता) RECIPE: For Falhari Mathari, Take a bowl & put boiled Potato in it then grat it & put Water Chestnut & Pearl Millet Flour in it. Put Salt & Black Pepper in it then put Cumin Seeds & Coriander Leaves in it. Put Oil in it & mix it well. Put Crushed Peanut in it & kneed the dough then put Oil & keep it aside. Take the dough & make Mathari then Put Oil on medium flame & fry it. For Chutney, Put washed Coriander Leaves, Green Chili, Ginger, Cumin Seeds, Salt, Crushed Peanut, Roasted Peanut, Curd in it & grind it. For Tadka, Put Ghee in a pan then put Cumin Seeds & White Sesame in it then put Dry Whole Red Chili & Curry Leaves now give tadka to the Chutney. Serve the Falhari Mathari, Chutney & Enjoy it. For Kulhad Lassi, separate the cream of curd in a bowl. Now whisk the curd with wood mathani. Then take a steel glass put whisked Curd add Cardamom Powder, some Sugar Powder & Ice Cubes then shake this lassi batter with Kulhad and steel glass. Garnish with Curd Cream, Dry Fruits & Colourful Cherry. kulhad lassi is ready. For Raj Kachori, take some Buckwheat Flour, and put Rock Salt & Oil. Bind the tight dough by adding water to it. Cover the dough & keep it for 10 mins. Make dough balls & roll them. Keep the flame high & put the rolled Kachori then fry them on slow flame till it turns crispy. For Filling, take a bowl, put chopped & boiled Potatoes, finely chopped Cucumber, Tomato, Green Chili, Ginger, Coriander Leaves, Apple, Banana & any fruit of your choice. Put Rock Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Cumin Powder, Sweet Chutney & Green Chutney in it. Fill the filling in the Kachori, put some Curd, Sweet Chutney, Green Chutney, Curd, Pomegranate Seeds & Coriander Leaves. In this way, Falahari Raj Kachori will get ready. For Doodh Ki Bottle, Keep the pan on flame put some Water then put Milk for boiling. Put Sugar, Cardamom Powder, Nutmeg & some Dry fruits like Almonds, soaked Pistachios, Cashew Nuts, and Almondette Seeds/Chironji. Boil the milk till it becomes half of its initial quantity. Then take out the milk in a jar for cooling down in the fridge.
